Floors and doors – dipping, sanding and waxing
If you have old pine doors which need repairing and waxing, Antix can come and un-screw your doors for you, take them to the workshop and restore them to their former glory! If they have been painted, they are dipped, sanded and waxed before being returned and re-hung. Often in just a few days.

Antix also offers floor sanding and waxing – and where needed, can replace badly damaged floor boards with new ones, which are then stained to match the existing floor.

The collection and delivery service is free of charge locally!

Furniture repair and restoration
Sometimes an old piece of furniture needs some TLC - so it can be beautiful once more. Broken handles and drawers, lock repairs, glass pane replacement, French polishing and writing desks with leather worktops can all be repaired or renewed for you by Antix.

If you have quality old furniture which maybe you have just fallen out of love with... why not pop into the shop with a few pictures - maybe there is a deal to be done and you can swap your old furniture for something new!

Painted furniture
Antix can ‘finish’ furniture to your exacting wishes. We will paint and distress new pieces of furniture for you – in your chosen colour of paint. A bespoke service which means you can own something a little bit extra special – as it becomes unique.

What ever the piece of furniture you are looking for. – be it old or new – it’s always worth a chat with us. Having been in the business for more than 20 years we can fast forward the process by showing what’s available through catalogues as well as our stock on the shop floor.. We also operate a ‘finder’s service’ whereby we will look out for something for  you  – we are always around the auctions and in contact with dealers around the country who can also scout on your behalf.
